I've heard they stopped producing the car until another suitable clutch was found. Cars already in circulation have had their clutch fixed by Ford after a problem being discovered by Motor (I believe) magazine during a test drive, Ford denied it at first but have now confessed there is a problem with it. But the Typhoon and Tornado will be fixed when the Copperhead model is released in September this year because it will be offered in auto version as well (ZF 6 speed auto).
