I just bought a ford falcon EBII, it seems to make noise in the under
carriage, sometimes when picking up from traffic light stop the car will
just shakes and kind of not really moving smoothly. But sometimes it's
OK. My mechanic can't determine what's wrong with it.

You didn't say if it was an auto or manual and what engine it
had. If it was a common problem your mechanic would know what it
was wouldn't he/she?  If it is a auto it might be a cracked
clutch assembly housing (remove the auto pan to check or wait to
fail catastrophically and expensively); it will sound a bit like
a cement mixer when it tries to move of line if this is the
problem
