have an au3 and in traffic when hot and half tank or under canr stops engine temp fine put a 20lt drum of fuel in and goes fine any ideas?? How long since the fuel filter was changed? If still no joy check temp sender may be faulty and the time it takes to put fuel in may be enough to reset temp sender ( some efi engines cut out engine if temp value is to high reguardless of where gauge is) if sender "flashes" high temp value this may be enough to cut engine.
