At low speed (parking / driveway etc) the car is making a vibrating noise as if the power steering fluid was low. Have checked and it's not. Any suggestions ? Loose belt? I would be suspicious of a bearing; take the belt of and spin the pulley by hand to see if it runs true or makes a noise.
