brake fail

Hi,
i have a ford falcon EA 92 model. the car is running great but it has
a major problem. the brake pedal starts touching the floor over a
period of time. when this forst happenned i took the car to a mechanic
and he replaced the master clyinder still the problem keeps happining.
can anyone help me . pls tell me what should i do. when i take it to
mechanic he says he can't find any fault that the brakes are totally
fine.

The brake hoses at the front of these cars are starting to fail
with the internal nylon tube lining blocking the hose. If it
pulls to one side when you do an emergency stop it will pull to
the opposite side of the failed hose indicating which hose has
failed (but if this proves to be the cause replace both and also
check the calliper pistons/bores have not corroded as a result
and failed).
