zx3... what kind of time belt does it have?

Anybody know if a 2002 focus zx3 4 cylinder engine have a metal timing chain
or a rubber timing belt. Thanks, Rob.

It's not rubber but it is a belt.

eh? wtf??  if it's not rubber, wtf is it? and if it's a belt and not rubber,
at the risk of repeating myself, wtf is it??

afaiaa all the zetec engines are belt driven which require replacement
somewhere between 80,000 and 100,000 miles

Its black, flexible, looks like, its made out of the similar material as a
fan belt which is made up of synthetic rubber?
