Hi

What is this square plug under the steering wheel, looks like something
plugs in it. Not in the manual

btw its a 2001 ghia 1.6

any ideas you experts out there?

Is this plug/socket actually on the steering wheel or in the shelf below
the steering wheel?

Is it the diagnostic port/connector?
