engine is hesitating

Got a 1.6i ford focus ghia 2001. Only bought it two weeks ago and the engine
is hesitating, also noticed when it is hesitating the radio also
crackles....

Any of you clever people out there know what this could be

The radio static strongly suggests a problem in the high-voltage part of the
ignition system, probably a short. You might be able to see signs of arc
burning. I'd start with new wires and plugs if they haven't been previously
replaced.
