water pump

where is the location of the water pump on a 2000 z tec engine

The water pump on the Zetec 2.0L is on the right side of the timing
cover when looking at the front (passenger side) of the engine. Look at
the serpentine belt pulleys and you will see it under one of the
pulleys. Perhaps it is harder to get to but it looks like it can be
changed w/o removing the tinming belt...the manuals state otherwise.
