When mine did this, the hose that runs between the roof and the headlining
had popped off a union just forward of the hatch. Fairly easy to get at
IIRC - pull the rubber hatch seal and remove the couple of plastic
headlining retainers and you can flex the rear of the headlining down far
enough to access it.
I would also advise wearing gloves - the fibreglass type material that the
headlining is made from left my hands feeling "prickly" and uncomfortable
for a good few hours afterwards!

Those into irony may appreciate this - less than 24hrs after posting this
advice, my own rear wash started leaking into the boot again....
Unfortunately this time it appears less of an easy fix since the hose now
seems to have either popped off the washer nozzle or split within the hatch
frame, and in either instance appears to be 100% inaccessible. I suspect a
split this time because some water still comes out the nozzle when the
washer is operated.
Still under warranty, so now a job for the stealer.
