This is a 6-disk in dash CD player that no longer lets me play CD.

The Radio is fine, but pressing CD just gives a No CD error on the display -
no error codes.

Have tried removing it from the car and left if without power for a few
hours, but it's the same on re-fitting and code entry.

Any ideas?

I have this with certain copied cd's. Esp. once that are burnt at high speed
can give problems. If you power up/down and insert cd's one by one, you'll
find the one that gives you problems.

I have the same player.  You have to record the CDs at the slowest
setting on the computer (about 12X or slower).  I am on my third player
in 5 years.  Warrenty out so will be replacing with Kenwood soon.  CD
error is common with these players.  I have to go from CD to Radio a
few times before the CD play.  Sometimes the CD will play but skips, I
then hit radio then CD a few times before it tracks properly.
