When I press the rear windscreen heater switch the green light does not come
on, I'm unsure whether the heater comes on. Also the a/c switch next to it
also fails to light up when pressed. The fuses are OK so what do I do to fix
the problem?

If your rear screen is misty or icy, thats the best way to see if the
heater works. Turn it on and wait.

As for AC, does the AC work, or just the button LIGHT not work? ou
should be able to tell. Put the heater on COLD, turn on AC and fans
(needed for AC operation) and see if you get cold. If you don't, it's broken
