2002 ZX3 starting to squeak when I start, stop, or turn.  It's like a
squeaky shoe.  Since they don't need lub during oil changes, where can
I spray some oil to stop the squeaking?

No oil (or grease)! You have a rubber bushing that is squeaking, probably
because it is getting old. Oil will kill it very quickly. The actual cure is
to identify and replace the offender, but you could try washing the whole
front suspension well with detergent and a pressure washer. The rubber
bushings are intended to have friction (that's why no silicone grease,
either) but as they age they become hard and not only have poorer friction
but make noise about it to boot.
