I'm trying to buy original Focus radio by e-bay. But how can I know
whether the radio would fit my car? My car VIN is WF0AXXWPDA3U53437,
it's 2003 make, benzin; the radio is, e.g. 2006 Model 4000 TOP.

Uh, why? The radios are garbage. Put in something "nice".

Check with your local Ford dealers parts dept.
Check with a local salvage yard, they usually have cross over books.
