I have lost the code to reactivate the radio/cd on my Ford Focus how can I
get the code along with instructions on how to reactivate the system.
    Thanks in advance.

Only the dealer can sort it out. They can get the code from Ford if you can
supply them with the stereo serial number, which is on the back of the unit.
It needs a specialist tool to remove it (although I've heard of people
having success using a wire hanger).

All you have to do is go to your dealers with your car registration number
and proof you own the car and they will be able to get the code for you.
They may even have a spare manual for your unit as well

VWs used to put the code in the spare tire well... mine's buried under my
cold weather survival stuff, but might want to give it a look.
