milky paint when it rains

any one know why the paint goes milky white when its been wet over night,
rain drops left on the paint do the same once wiped off all is normal after
half an hour. The doors were replaced cos of corrosion on my focus by a ford
dealer and this happens to 1 of the doors.

Have you waxed the car? The rest of your car may have wax protection,
except for the paint on your replacement door. If the paint has cured,
give the whole car a good wax and buff.

dealers been to look today & is going to repaint
