89 GT computer and GT40x kit

So with a major upgrade like this will the stock computer have any
problems?

GT40X top end kit:
Kit Includes:
Cobra Intake
GT-40X Heads
1.7 Roller Rockers
Valve Covers
Timing Chain
Head Bolts
E Camshaft
Gasket Kit

Roller lifters FR
65mm throttle body BBK
EGR plate 65mm Edelbrock
24lb fuel injectors Summit
Mass Air Sensor 24lb 75mm Summit
Adjustable Fule Pressure Reg BBK
Fuel Pressure Gauge 1.5" Summit

The stock computer can handle all the components in the kit.

What it may have a harder time adjusting itself to are the
larger injectors, the larger MAF sensor body and any change
to the fuel pressure. There shouldn't be any need to vary from
the stock 40 psi fuel rail pressure.
