Occaisonally when I am trying to accelerate the engine stumbles or feels
like it is cutting out, similar to the TCS kicking in. I am not accelerating
hard just trying to go. Car is stock except for exhaust and has 25k miles on
it with a 5 speed. Ideas?

There is a known and Ford-fixable stumble situation after a long
highway run, having to do with fuel pump/tank. It's dangerous, and
your symptom sounds the same. I'd expect Ford to at least make an
effort, particularly if you describe it terms of their "TSB": coming
off the freeway and nearly being run into when trying to merge
normally into traffic.

My 03 had similar hesitation or stumbling at 35-40 mph normal acceleration
dealership replaced fuel pump under warranty problem solved.
