I have had good success with a SPEC Stage III clutch in a high
horsepower Mustang. It is hard on the left leg in stop and go traffic
but that kind of comes with the territory for 500 hp engines.

The mustang shop/engine builder I worked with said to just stay stock (new
stock) for daily driver stuff.
They put in a rebuild engine with dished pistons to lower compression some
as I have an 8# blower on it. 1993 LX ex-cop car
Probably have about 330 HP.
Did a tune and it runs great, around town. Tires make a huge difference, get
some nice summer tires. Them old north cold tires are too hard, smoke great
little traction.
These guys are good too, the race mustangs on the weekends.
Only a blower will get you to 500, or 330, stock Cobra is 240 hp, don't see
how you can get 330 without a blower.

I have a centerforce clutch. It definitely gets rid of slippage but
can play nasty tricks on the n00b who blips his throttle and doesn't
know what to expect. Especially if your cable tolerance is close.
