replacing just the throttle body won't do squat for you. mass air,
injectors, upper and lower intakes as well as recalibrating the ecm is what
has to be done in order gain any gains.

None of that will do squat. He needs PI heads.

Well Gill...........Just by doing what I suggested dropped my et
substantially from stock form. Of coarse I went even further eventually. I'm
not to familiar with the 4.6l, but by doing what I suggested on my 5.0l
improved the et dramatically.

The 4.6 is a different beast. NPI heads from 96-98 (some 99s?) are major
bottle necks. Besides some power adders, the heads are the first and
best choice for an upgrade. Trick Flows are looking pretty good to me. ;)
