Of course. And I use it every time I wash one of the Mustangs. But we're
talkin' the Escape here - I took it to the hose-and-go so I could
hose-and-go.
See, with the Mustangs, washing is more of a bonding thing. With the Escape,
I just wanted to blow off the big pieces, clean the glass, maybe give it a
light once-over, and get the hell out.
But I can't... It's a brand new vehicle. I ended up doing a careful
walk-around with soap, then an anal rinse and even a bit of whatever it is
that they call "wax". Started to drive off, but I just had to stop and get
one of those Big-a.s Wipes, to drive off the car. (Hate water spots.)
So my $2.50 "quickie on-the-run" turned into a $10.00 complete off-site
show-tuning. Couldn't stop myself.
And, while I was there, I got to watch some idiot kid with what looked like
his first car grab the floor brush off the wall and go at it. NEVER, NEVER,
NEVER use the scrubber on your car! I wouldn't do that even to a sport-ute.
