Any time.
To be honest you could swap the sway bars, rear shocks, and rear springs
with just your average hand tools and a floor jack. The front springs and
struts can be pita with out an impact wrench so you may still want to have
them done by a pro.

I just had the Bullitt kit installed earlier this month and my local
shop quoted me 3 hours. Picked up my Stang that night and 3 hours it
was.
