Does this GTO look like an old '69 GTO Judge as much as the 2004 Mach 1
looked like a '69 Mach 1?

That GTO looks less like a '69 Judge than the '04 Mach looks like a
'69. And the '04 Mach doesn't look anything like the '69. Maybe the
'Mach' emblem is similar, but that's about it.

Yes, Neither of them look at all like the older models.
