I've got a '65 289 coupe with the original C4. It's slipping, leaking, and
clanking into drive so I've decided to go with the AOD conversion.

I've done some research and found these two helpful articles:

http://www.mustangmonthly.com/howto/33598/index.html
http://www.mustangsandmore.com/ubb/DanJonesC4AODswap.html

Between Windsorfox and NPD, I think I've got all the necessary parts
covered. I'm trying to source a tranny and found the 'Level 1' to be in my
price range here:

http://www.ford-aod.com/

Does anyone have any experience with this company or have any suggestions
for another company? Local would be even better if anyone knows of a place
in Houston, TX.

Also, any gotchas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not looking to do BIG power so I don't think I'll need an expensive super
duty tranny.

Many thanks to all in advance.
