Ever fished the area? I used to go out of Half-Moon bay when I lived in Sunnyvale. The Marquis de Sade We used to go fishing in Sausalito when we lived in Novato. Or out Bodega Bay (our next door neighbor was a crab fisherman there). When I was a kid, my dad followed in his father's footsteps and was in the Coast Guard assigned to Pt Arena, Pt Reyes, Pt Cabrillio, and the Monterey Presidio so we fished a lot of places along the coast.
