There has been more then one intelligently and elegantly written e-mail to his providers with detailed examples of his activities. Perhaps they finally got tired of receiving them and decided his revenue wasn't worth the trouble. Problem is there is no universal "Black List" for chronic Internet abusers and there is always more then one company waiting in the wings to sign these types of people up and give them another account in exchange for their monthly payments. Perhaps one day if the "net" ever gets organized things like this can & will happen and people will get their "net" privileges suspended just like a drivers license.
