How do I get to it to replace the bulb in the driver's side front turn
signal lamp assembly?

Thanks,

Brad

If it is anything like the 99 headlight assembly, there should be 2 pull up
rods behind the headlight assembly in the engine compartment. You just pull
them up and the headlight assebly should come out. Change the bulbs and
replace the rods.

Thanks,

Brad
