Urethane bushing increase suspension effectiveness but trade off ride quality.
Every bushing set you add will swing that trade off further from stock.
1. I would start by changing the rack and sway bar bushings. Then the spring
isolators, strut tower, rear arm, and then front arm. As you change each one, drive
it around like you normally would and evaluate how much further you're willing to go.
2. If you decide to replace the lower arm bushings, then also do the upper.
3. I would match the quad shocks to the replacement shocks.

Dont screw with the front control arms bushings as its not worth it.
Buy the whole a-arms from ford frpp with the upgraded rubber bushings,
and new ball joints. The complete arms from frpp are cheaper than old
arms+bushings+balljoints nevermind the screwing around.
I went the bushings in old a-arms route and ended up having a nightmare.
The old bushings/shells are a bitch to push out, the arms bend easy when
you press the bushings out/in, and I

I found an M-3075D kit from FRPP at GEFRacing.com. It says these are
the A-arms from the 2003 Cobra. Are these the ones you're talking
about? Thanks.

Even though it means jacking the car several times, the stepwise
installation you recommend sounds like good advice.
I'm installing the Tokico shocks that come in the M-5400A kit, so I
guess I should ask my Ford dealer for the quad shocks listed for the
2001 Bullitt.
Thanks for the advice, Bob.
