Qestion: 2005 Mustang v6 throttle body spacer

I'm wondering, are these snake oil on an otherwise stock vehicle or do
they actually give some extra HP? They look kinda nice but I don't see
wasting the money if it's just cosmetics

They are cosmetic... save your money...
