1989 mustang GT convertible question......

top needs replacing.  can't find info on replacing it.  i can order all
kinds of tops, but they don't supply the information needed.  i'm sure
that i have more than enough tools, so that is not the problem.  

i called ford and was told that everything now is in the computer and
they don't use manuals.   they did not offer a CD or anything to address
my problem.

i want to do this project myself.  so, anyone know of a source where i
can get a manual on how to replace the top on a mustang?
