I've had my F150 since 95,and have been pleased. Heres the problem
however, sometime it starts shuddering and loses power at peak load
conditions. It will not respond to the throttle, just keeps slowing
down. After just a few seconds it will respond to the throttle, and
come back up to speed. Here's a discription of what I mean by peak
load. Turnpike 75mph into a 30mph wind climbing a gentle grade. If
this occures, it's usually after at least 30 minutes of operation.

These are the repairs made reciently.
New trans & converter
New exaust system
Ignition wires, distributer cap and rotor, plugs
3 new injecters

Does anybody have a clue?

I'm sure there are many possibilities, but I always start with the simple
things.  I would replace the fuel filter and make sure there isn't any water
in the fuel system.

How old is the fuel filter?
Checked the fuel tank pickup screen?

I too always start with the simple things. Did you check the air filter for
blockage.

Also, after replacing the injectors, did you disconnect the battery for at
least 15 min to reset the computer?
