I have had to spend time with the fuse panel in my `04 Ranger today.
I cannot get a head on view of this panel, and replacement of 6 of the fuses
in this require a better view than what I can get.
I stretched the contact of the stereo fuse receptacle trying to rob power
from it with a fuse tap. Now a can't get in there well enough to see the
contacts. A mirror is no good, there is no room to work. I will have too get
the best photo that I can manage and show the neighbor kid what I need done
and see if he can do it.
AND WHERE THE HELL IS THE PULLER??? Does not show where it is in the manual,
just states that it is in there with the fuses somewhere. Aftermarket
pullers that I have found will not grab these things, they are recessed.
I have to go now and get a neck rub, I tweaked it try get this fuse working.

There is a question...

What did you do to this that makes it necessary to replace 6 fuses at
the same time?

(Maybe it needs more than new fuses???)

I do not need to replace 6 fuses, Just stating that six OF the fuses are
very difficult to get to.

OK, that helps.  (It was looking bad there for a while.)

Have you tried going to a place that sells after-market or non-OEM
equipment in your area?  They should be able to help you - if there is
something, they would have one; if three is one, they should be able to
tell you where it is and how to use it.

Clipped into its mount on the inside of the fusebox cover.

No mount there, and no sign of one that has been broken off either.

Hmm, maybe they've quit including them.
