Hi, I need to replace my front bumper ,and lower valance-due to a hit and run. I need a black metal bumper, with the lower half that dark grey plastic ,with the factory lights. I have a 1999 ranger. I have been searching and havnt came up with much luck. Any informaton would be great. While his stating the reason why he needs a new bumper probably falls into the unneeded info category, when I read his/her post, I see nothing to infer that it was him that committed the hit and run. He didn't say he was a *victim* of a hit and run, but common sense would dictate that indeed this is the case. Who would post an admission of a crime and then seek help finding a bumper?
