I have the front wheel drive model V-6.

Is this vehicle actually capable of occasionally pulling a "small" utility
trailer back and forth to the dump without concern?  I believe it's rated at
2000 pounds. Would that include the weight of the trailer, its contents, and
any extra passengers in the vehicle?

Thnx.

Trailer & contents.  A utility trailer should be fine.
