Once in a while, ususally after it rains. Car shakes when idling and
accelerating. It jerks when steping on gas pedal and it doesn’t want
to speed. Now the "check engine" light blinks before it stays on. I
also have air suspension system, will that contribute to the shaking
and jerking if I have it on or off.

You need to have the error codes checked. Sounds like it's misfiring.

If it was misfiring shouldn't it set the CEL?
