Is the speedometer in the F-150 Lariat (with 18" tires) programmable or is
it mechanical?

I assume when you talk about the F-150 with 18" wheels, you are talking
and 04/05. Speedometer is calibrated by programming. Change tire size
and depending on the size, the dealer could program for it. Otherwise
you could purchase a programmer and get a wider selection.
