Not sure if they're still around, but North Coast Tarpaulin Works here
in SD can make ya one. I had one made for my old Toyota PU with
shell. Cost wasn't too bad as I recall. Back in the 80's NCTW was
*THE* place for car covers

Ben, California Car Cover ( http://www.calcarcover.com/) made a custom
one for my F250 with large mirrors. It took weeks (8 I think, despite
their promises) to arrive. It's a good cover and worth the money, I
cover mine all winter. If you really want to see it I live near Keyport.
