Broken nipple ported vacuum valve

New valve? You can try epoxy. The good 24 hr cure stuff like JB Weld.

Can you get at the nipple still in the seat?  Can you maybe get a tool
in it so you can remove the broken part and then replace with a new
nipple?  If you have the space to work, you need to get an extraction
tool from a machine shop.  Get the broken one out and the install a new
nipple.
