I have a ford bronco II 89 and i believe the suspension is bad
(disclaimer: i'm not a car person)...for example, i hit a speed bump
and the whole car really sways side to side bad...it sucks.  So, i'm
thinking the suspension needs replaced, right?

wouln't this be a good time to get a suspension lift?  i'm replacing
the same parts, right?
if i'm right about all of this (???)....how much more would a 3"
suspension lift upgrade cost me over just replacing the suspension i
have with identical parts.

Thanks for your information and education ;-)

You got a high center of gravity,  ultra short wheel base, narrow as hell
wheel track, twin I-beam front
suspension on top of that, vehicle, that's what they do.
Wanna make it worse, lift it.2-4 inches and put over size tires on it.
wanna live longer, slow down.

I agree about it being not the best for a lift. As for the suspension,
have you replaced the shocks? One of the main reasons for sloppy handling.

Yes good advise. This is not a 4x4 to lift a lot.
