I can't say they're too pretty.  What kind of damage can they do?

I wouldn't want to find out. The wheels are actually made by Alcoa. He makes
the threaded nut covers in many styles and custom anodized colors. (even
6-gun cylinders with empty brass shells in them). The spikes were made for
demo purposes, but he can't make them fast enough now. Most order 10 per
wheel, but the one in the photo has 20. This page has more pics:

Just think of the bicyclists who impede traffic...

Here in Portland, OR there is an activist group called critical mass
that like to block traffic with their bicycles from time to time when
protesting something.  The only use I can see for these wheels is when
these wackos are impeding traffic. ;o)

I wouldn't want a set of those even if they were free.

Rednecks wouldn't go for them, that's something the wanna be gangsta rappers
and confused white kids that wear their ball caps backwards would buy.

I prefer the factory stock 18" wheels on my truck.

That's because they're so highly polished you were seeing your own
reflection.

Path, I don't think you're helping your son gain any new clients in here. Of
course, sounds like he has enough, what does he care if Daddy insults people
here 'cause they don't like the product? Personally, I think they are
pointless (figuratively, not literally).
