What kind of damage can they do? I wouldn't want to find out. The wheels are actually made by Alcoa. He makes the threaded nut covers in many styles and custom anodized colors. (even 6-gun cylinders with empty brass shells in them). The spikes were made for demo purposes, but he can't make them fast enough now. Most order 10 per wheel, but the one in the photo has 20. Here in Portland, OR there is an activist group called critical mass that like to block traffic with their bicycles from time to time when protesting something.
