A trouble code has been set by the RABS controller. To get it,
you'll have to find the controller (perhaps under right kick panel, I
can't remember exactly where) and the procedure is to ground a certain
wire and the light will flash out the code. Sorry I could not remember
it exactly... I used to have a service manual for my old 1989 but I got
rid of it when I sold it. You can probably find the exact procedure
using Google.

Jeezuz do I have to do ALL the work for you?
Google Ford RABS troubleshooting
Or look on Autozone's web site, they have all kinds of information.

Step 1 - Check the brake fluid level. A low brake fluid level will turn on
the light.

the wire is near the emerg. brake ratchet. its black with a red stripe. turn
the switch on get a wire to ground with. stick wire into the little plug on
the black red stripe. ground to something under dash. just touch & remove and
that will start the code flashing. be sure to check brake lights.
