rolling idle / 2003 f-150 supercrew 5.4L

Hello, I get a rolling idle after shifting to Park or Nuetral from Drive,
any ideas on what I need to look at to correct problem?

Idle/air control valve, usually.
Replace and it should even out.
Ford keeps lots of them in stock.
