I have a 89' F-140 4X4 Custom with a 302 Multiport Fuel injection and
5sp, manual trans  and was wondering what is involved to switch it with
a 351w muli-port fuel injection! (computer swap required?) keeping 5sp
manual.   Also, if there is a kit available to go from front coil to
front leaf?
any assistance greatly appreciated!!   THX

On the front end swap, find you an axle and springs from a pre-1980 truck or
Bronco, it'll bolt up, no kit needed.

You'll need the computer and front accessory components and brackets to do
the engine switch The exhaust will bolt right up, and it'll need to have the
same double-sump type oil pan to work in the truck. The pans won't
interchange, the rear main is larger on the 351W.
You'll also need the flywheel from the 351W and clutch. It has the same bolt
pattern as the 302.
A 351W from the same era as your truck will be the easiest, but it won't be
MPI.
It's a pretty easy, and worthwhile swap.
