For whatever reason the link didn't work. It is
www.motorcraftservice.com in the owners guide section.

In the manual I downloaded from Ford:
Checking and adding washer fluid for the liftgate
Washer fluid for the liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir as the
windshield.
But, I do not seem to get any fluid in the rear even when I do in the
front. I distinctly remember the roof of the right side of the rear cab
area as being wet once and now it has a blue/green stain where it was
wet. Is there a tube running up there that may have ruptured and how
would I be able to check it.
I have 26,700 miles, would this kind of thing still be under warranty?

I have to agree with Spdloader.. 3yrs, 36000mi warranty, and yes it would be
covered under factory warranty. What usually happens is there is a rubber
hose running along the top of the cab, and sometimes it gets a trim screw
ran through it during assembly. There really isnt a good place to route that
hose though, cause under the car would make it subsceptable to harsh weather
conditions, and then ya have the screw factor for the interior. It also
happens alot with the drain tubes for the moon roofs. They run down the
drivers side 'A' pillar, and they get screwed into as well.. LOL
