Let me clarify for the sake of dumb-f.cks (David M and Steve Barker):
I WOULD LIKE NEW HANGARS, BUT NOT FROM THE DEALER UNLESS THE PRICE IS
THE LEAST AND/OR THE QUALITY IS THE BEST. ANY DUMB-f.ck CAN DRIVE TO
A DEALER AND PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR PARTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE
ELSEWHERE AT A BETTER COMBINATION DEAL.
HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE PURCHASING THESE HANGARS FOR THEIR 1989-
ERA FORD RANGER 2WD TRUCKS AND, IF SO, PLEASE RELATE YOUR
EXPERIENCES...

This is a prime example of what I was talking about in a recent post. Note:
1. A stupid question is asked. They are spring hangers. How hard
could it be?
2. As soon as someone give an answer that's not what the OP wants to
hear, he turns on the caps lock to scream at everyone, and cusses two people
who actually gave him legitimate answers
3. He wants us to do his research for him.
Listen honeydipper, it would take you all of 5 minutes to use google to find
as many prices and details as you want. Even then, the "right" choice is
going to be subject to your opinion.
You act like the dealer is some monster, but frankly, on parts that need to
be the best quality, I have had no hesitation on buying from the dealer. In
fact, I've gotten to know the parts counter men at a local dealership just
by going in and being nice. Now I regularly get a 20% discount just for
asking, and more if they can.
When a person asks for "exact factory replacements," the only place I'd
think to send you is the dealer. I sure wouldn't send you to ebay where
your "exact factory replacements" would likely be chinese clones. I don't
know of a parts store that sells Ford parts anywhere.
Here's the stupidest part of your post. You're a guy who wants "exact
factory replacements," which indicates you want top quality. When you
replied in the above quote, you stated that you'd only buy at the dealership
if "the quality is the best." That's what you said you wanted in your
original post, crapsucker. Then you acted like an a.s by cussing and
yelling at two people who told you where to find what you say you want.
You need to do one of two things.
1. If you're gonna keep posting here, make your posts clear and be
nice to the people who take time to reply.
2. Quit posting because you're an a.s and don't have the good sense
to recognize when someone's trying to help you.
Just my observations,
CJB

Typical juvenile RANT from septicman with his septic foul language.
Then he wants help after shouting and swearing.
If he can't or won't hold a polite vulgar free conversation ignore him.

Chances are not too many people have. They just are NOT a part that needs
replacing very often, since 99.9% of the time they out live the rest of the
vehicle.
Steve Barker - 09 Feb 2007 23:11 GMT
Excuse me for being a DUMBFUCK. I guess my 30+ years of buying parts
doesn't qualify me to make a recommendation. Besides, have you found them
elsewhere????? SMARTASS, it seems to me that it was YOU asking the stupid
question in the first place. I've found MANY MANY cases of dealer ship
parts being cheaper than the aftermarket. If you don't believe me, just
price a p/s hose for a ford at carquest or napa, then call the dealer and
check their prices. So, a.shole, i guess you can buy your foreign f.cking
steel brackets to hold up your junk assed nigger rigged truck if you want,
but me personally, i'll stay with OEM parts.

Here we go again, folks:
"HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE PURCHASING THESE HANGARS FOR THEIR

EXPERIENCES..."
What is so f.cking difficult about understanding the nature of my
question??
And, yes, in the for what it's worth department, I almost always check
with Ford before buying parts...

It's not difficult to understand. BUT, That's not the way you worded the
original question. Here's a refresher course I copied and pasted:
=======================
They are the brackets that attach the springs to the frame--other than
a dealer, where else can one buy exact replacements? I do not want
the raise/lower kits, just the exact factory replacements.
Thanks in advance !
Land O'Lakes Fred
===========================
You asked for "exact factory replacements". HEY GUESS WHAT? There's only
one way to do that. Yes, you guessed it, buy from the dealer. AGAIN, I
ask, what do you have against doing the job properly?

So its rednecks on snowmobiles instead of air boats, not a whole hell of a
lot
difference.

Then why don't you try the parts store and the junkyard?
Dumbfuck.
