Where do I get really good repair manuals for the Ford Ranger?

I have the Haynes from the local auto parts store and it really lacks
the kind of info I need to troubleshoot.  I can read and understand
schematics and other engineering info.  Any good ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Are the genuine Ford workshop manuals good enough for you?

Thanks Mark!

I am just looking for somthing a little cheaper.  I think I will spend
over $200 for one system from Helm, whereas just a few years ago I
spent $65 on a phone book sized shop manual for my VW Jetta -- and it
covered nearly everthing.  Helm might be the best out there though.
Thanks again.

Do a search on eBay motors for your manual.  I bought a used  factory
service manual for my '74 Trans Am for about about $25 a year or so ago.

When I wanted a good manual for my Jeep (an '81 CJ5 that I bought in '98), I
went to the Jeep dealer with my request. I got an 800 phone number where I
could order a complete copy of the factory shop manual. It cost about $75,
but is by far the best automotive manual in my library. By far.

Jeff,
That's a great idea also.  Thank you!
Mike
