no air out of vent

I have a Ford Ranger 20001. When I use the air conditioning and/or
vent no air comes out the vent. It comes out the vents near the
windshield and also at my feet, but not the middle vents. Any ideas?

One of the vacuum tubes has wiggled itself loose. The vehicle uses
vacuum to regulate where the air comes out.

But, I'm not an expret, you will have to wait for t'others for a more
detailed explaination.
