I have a F250, 1990, 351, auto. If I turn the ignition switch to RUN
the start relay clicks but the starter motor doesn't run at all. The
battery is new and I replaced the start relay - still the same
problem. Voltage at the battery terminal of the start relay is 12.7;
when turning the ignition switch to RUN there is no voltage at the M-
terminal of the start relay. Any idea??
Thanks in advance Wilf

Bad starter.
Loose/bad ground cable from engine block
Loose/bad cable from starter relay to starter
What is the voltage on the *starter* terminal of the relay when you trun
the ignition switch? (that's the BIG one that goes to the starter)

Thanks guys,
problem solved. The cable between battery and relay was broken
