This spammer, Charles M. Nudo, Jr., of Drums, PA, says rules don't
apply to him and spams Usenet unrepentantly for his own eBay trash and
for businesses he cons into paying him to spam their wares.  He's a
well known eBay fraudster/con artist and is a master at manipulating
eBay's inadequate feedback system...just look at those negatives
disappear through bribes, lies and other contrivances.

Since having 25 of his Google Groups sock puppet accounts shut down
for spamming, he's started a couple more using with email accounts
that supposedly make light of my efforts to crush him like the
cockroach he is.   All his spam posts originate from frontier.net
(formerly epix.net,) his home ISP, and since he's dumb enough to use
Google Groups, his IP is in each header.  Such eBay auction spam is a
violation of both Google Groups' and Frontier.net's Terms of Service.
Per his ISP's Terms of Use, it's also a violation to violate the rules
of other sites, and the spammer can be assessed a minimum $200 fine
for such a violation.  See applicable rule statements at:

http://www.frontieronline.com/residential_aup

and...

http://groups.google.com/googlegroups/terms_of_service3.html

and...

http://pages.ebay.com/help/usenet_policy.html

Fight back against Usenet eBay spam by sending his spam
message, with headers, to:

groups-abuse@google.com
abuse@frontiernet.net
abuse@ebay.com
spam@ebay.com

You can also reach Frontier's abuse desk on:

866-474-7662

Be sure to include his IP in your complaint to Frontier, which is
64.111.154.177 for this spam load.

You're an idiot and a MUCH worse spammer than Charlie ever was. He
posts one ad one time to alt.audio.market place and you spam 12 groups
yelling he's a spammer. He posted his Tbird ad one time to this Mustang
group and you posted five.

Not to mention it IS an automotive group and SOMEONE might just want a part
for a '66 t-bird.

This is all well and good, but why are you posting in wpg.forsale.computers?

Ask DumbassBob why he chose the groups he did. Why are you top posting?
