There is a mis statement in there. The filter can not deliever anything.
It maybe capable of flowing more air than the engine will demand, but thats
all it can do. That in and of itself is not a bad thing.
As to where to find what your looking for, I dont have an answer. But I
would say that if your not going to upgrade exhaust, fuel management, and
even intake, the factory OEM set will work just fine.

Agreed,
OK, the idea is to increase air and fuel to increase power. "If" your
computer controlled system could "bump" up your fuel to make use of a
"theoretical" air increase, You "could" see some benefit. The filter
system is not a forced induction system. The best you can hope for is cool
and as near to unrestricted air flow as you can get. I'm convinced Ford is
already there with their stock air cleaner matched to a stock tune and stock
exhaust system.
The days of removing a restrictive factory Ford air intake/filter system and
slapping on a less restrictive system for an easy power bump are gone.
When Ford is fighting the pickup power wars tooth and nail with the Japanese
Isuzu and German/Mexican Dodge boys, slapping dual turbos on the 6.4 etc,
don't you think they would already snatch up those few cheap easy air intake
system horse power themselves?
